Frozen Summer Squash

From: Hepworth Farms (Certified Organic in Milton, NY)
We like our summer squash soft and sweet. Melt butter in a pan, then add onions and cook until soft, about 4-5 minutes. Add squash, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Stir, then cover and cook for about 20 minutes, until squash is very soft. Remove the cover to let the excess liquid cook off. More info

Frozen Sweet Corn

From: Altobelli Farm (Integrated Pest Management in Kinderhook, NY)
Delicious in chili or corn chowder, and for something out of the ordinary just add sautéed garlic and curry. This corn is so sweet that our favorite way to prepare is to boil in the bag and add butter and salt… tastes like it’s right off the cob.
