Purple through and through. Magic Mollys are THE purple potato. Retaining their bright coloring even after being baked, roasted, and/or mashed. Known for their rich earthy flavor, they make for a great add on to any meal. Slice them, dice them, add some salt and roast them. Magic molly potatoes are delicious. More info

Frozen Summer Squash & Zucchini

We like our summer squash soft and sweet. Melt butter in a pan, then add onions and cook until soft, about 4-5 minutes. Add squash, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Stir, then cover and cook for about 20 minutes, until squash is very soft. Remove the cover to let the excess liquid cook off. More info
