baby bok choy and chicken soup

If you can't tell we are happily celebrating soup season! The best time of year to cook up and savor all of summer and fall's flavors in one warm dish. Plus, it's good for your immune system.
10 leaves bok choy (1 bunch)
1 chicken breast
3 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons asian sesame oil
1 garlic clove (chopped)
Add in any additional veggies you'd like
Step 1: Gather the necessary ingredients! Clean thoroughly before use.
Step 2: Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan.
Step 3: Cook the chicken beforehand, grilled on the stovetop! Adding in any additional spices you prefer.
Step 4: Stir in the red pepper flakes, soy sauce, Asian sesame oil, and chopped garlic.
Step 5: Add the bok choy leaves. Simmer for up to 10 minutes, until the bok choy leaves turn dark green and are wilted and tender in the liquid.
Step 5: Finally combine the chicken with the broth, and enjoy! It's that easy.
