beet burger topped with fresh veggies
Nothing could get easier than this recipe! All of your main ingredients are already made for you, and now you just have to put them together. Pick, stack, add, and enjoy as you wish. This is a great option for parents trying to have a healthier burger night.
GoVeggies Beet Veggie Patties
Goat Cheese or Sharp Cheddar
Greens - Salad Mix, Spinach or Lettuce Head
Yellow Brandywine Heirloom Tomatoes
Step 1: Cook up your veggie patties on the stovetop or grill! It only takes a few minutes for these to be ready. Add your cheese now if you prefer.
Step 2: Sauté the zucchini in a pan with salt and oil. Once this is ready then you can set it aside to cool as you start to add your other toppings.
Step 3: Toast or use your brioche buns as they are! Start to add your condiments. We personally love Poor Devil Co.'s Green Widow hot sauce. It's not too hot but does add a kick to your meal.
Step 4: Slice up your tomatoes and start to set up your toppings station. Cheese, greens, tomatoes, zucchini, and condiments should be present!
Step 5: Put it all together and enjoy. This is a fun meal for families or if you want something healthy and simple to make.
