Beth’s Farm Kitchen is located in Stuyvesant, NY in the heart of the Hudson River Valley. The business was started in 1981 by Beth Linskey, the author of many of the recipes that continue to be customer favorites. At Beth’s Farm Kitchen, the farmers live and work to not only make great products, but to source the ingredients from the amazing farmers that surround them in the Hudson Valley. Handmade in their kitchen, all of their products are simple, clean foods prepared in small batches.
Beth’s Farm Kitchen strives to leverage the art of preserving the harvest in order to support the diversity and livelihoods of the people who work to bring them their food every day. From the fruit to the finished jar, they have relationships with all the people who contribute to the creation process every step of the way.
