Sfoglini's Beet Fusilli combines fresh cold-pressed beet juice with organic durum semolina.
In 1924 New York brothers Guido and Aurelio Tanzi perfected their 'fusilla' machine, making it possible for Sfoglini Pasta to follow in their footsteps today. Of this noodle, they said "our Fusilli are a triple layered helix shaped pasta which captures and holds sauce between each layer."
