Go Veggies was established with the intention of actively promoting health and well-being. Their goal is to provide access to healthy, sustainable and vegan entrees that are both affordable and convenient. For over 20 years Go Veggies has been serving their community of Western New York at both markets and local grocery stores, and now they are endeavoring to share their amazing food with the rest of the world.
Many of the recipes are inspired by Sri Lanka cuisine and crafted by found Genga Ponnampalam’s wife. Their two children are also part of the business and often spend weekends and holidays working hard as part of the Go Veggies team. Genga feels constant support and encouragement for what he is doing for the community. “Customers appreciating what we do,” he says, “is the reward for all of our hard work.”
