Our Daily Bread
Our Daily Bread started as a small bake shop in 1977. Zvi was joined by his sons and daughter in the 2000’s, and added The Gluten Free Bakery, a dedicated and certified gluten free baking facility to meet the demands of customers seeking artisan style bread alternatives.
They utilize flour, grown and milled from their region, helping to revitalize the local grain economy, lessening environmental impact, and most importantly adding fresh, rich flavor flavor to their loaves.
