Autumn's other darling! Butternut squash, known in Australia and New Zealand as butternut pumpkin or gramma, is a type of winter squash that grows on a vine. It has a sweet, nutty taste similar to that of a pumpkin.
Roasted Butternut Squash
Peel and chop your butternut squash. Coat in olive oil. Toss with salt and pepper, and add sage, thyme, and/or rosemary. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
