Also known as coriander, cilantro brightens any dish. In addition to being simply delicious, cilantro has a long-standing reputation in herbal medicine. Cilantro contains linalool — also found in lavender — which is known for its calming properties.

Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
Apple cider vinegar
Limes (for juicing and zesting)
Pure maple syrup (or honey)
Fresh organic cilantro
Light olive oil
Juice and zest the limes. Chop the cilantro. Place all ingredients in an air-tight container and shake well (you can also whisk ingredients in a bowl with a wire whisk or add everything to a blender and blend). Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy!
