Ready to eat holiday hams have arrived. Some historians believe that ham has been present at winter celebrations for more than 15 centuries. It has overtime grown to be a staple meat for many different cultures. Our ham is from Nodine's Smokehouse, a small family owned and operated smokehouse in the foothills of the Berkshires. Nodine's has been processing top notch smoked meats since 1969.
INGREDIENTS: Pork, Cured with Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Lactate, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Di-acetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrate.
Glaze: Brown and Cane Sugar, Spices, Silicon Dioxide, Honey Powder, Oil of Orange.
