There is nothing like farm fresh yellow beans— a little sweet, a little snappy.
Try them in your salad, in a stir fry or snack on them right out of the bag.
Roasted Garlic Beans
1lb Wax Beans
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
2 teaspoons White Balsamic Vinegar
*Salt & Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread beans and garlic on lined baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar, stir gently. Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste. Roast in oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned on edges.
