Broccoli Crowns 1lb

Broccoli has some serious superpowers. Not only delicious, but broccoli is also very low in saturated fat and cholesterol and is a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Folate, Potassium, and Manganese. Plus, 250 calories of this green stuff (about 12% of a 2,000-calorie diet) will give you the full daily requirement of fiber.

Quick, Stir-Fried Broccoli

1-2 broccoli crowns
2-3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp coconut or olive oil 
2 tbsp soy sauce

Heat up oil over medium-high in a skillet.  Peel and smash garlic cloves, and place them in the pan as it heats up. Chop broccoli into bite-size pieces and add to the pan. Add soy sauce. When the broccoli is bright green, take the skillet off of the heat.
