THAW IN REFRIGERATOR 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF HEATING AND CONSUMING.
Microwave: Place microwave safe container in microwave and heat on high for 3-4 minutes.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350*. Remove from container and place into a covered, oven proof pan, heat for 25 minutes.
