Matriark Vegetable Broth Concentrate is a flavor-dense, low-sodium broth base made from up-cycled, fresh-cut vegetable remnants. A rich pureed mirepoix with a porcini-forward flavor, it's outstanding in soups or at full strength it can even stand up in sauces and condiments.
One container makes 45 cups (12% more than alternatives). Fresh ingredients mean better taste and less sodium (2% DV versus 15% DV). After opening, refrigerate for up to 7 days or freeze.
